In a world where information is flying at your head faster than the speed of a toddler fruit snacks... and where you are constantly updated with everyone else’s information all day long too (thank you, smart phones) - how can you possibly organize your thoughts?  And why do we feel so exhausted trying to keep track of it all? 

Disorganized thoughts manifest as a disorganized life, but you can take back control of where your head is at no matter how scattered you are at this moment.  No meditation required for this lesson!  This is about removing the mental distractions so that you can focus on what is really important to you (and not what the rest of the world wants from you).
